At NSB Swims, our mission is to build confidence, safety, and a lifelong love of the water through professional swim training, surfing instruction, and water aerobic fitness programs. We are committed to teaching essential water safety skills to children and families, helping every participant develop the knowledge and confidence needed to enjoy the water responsibly.
Our instructors strive to create a positive, supportive, and fun environment where students of all ages and abilities can grow stronger, healthier, and more capable in the water. Through expert instruction, encouragement, and a passion for aquatic education, we aim to promote healthy lifestyles, pool & ocean awareness, and joyful water experiences for our entire community.
Lesson Offerings
Specialized Classes

Swim Instruction
At NSB Swims, our swim instruction program helps children build confidence, water safety skills, and a love for the water from an early age.
Children 8–18 months learn how to roll over and float independently, a life-saving skill that allows them to rest on their backs and breathe if they ever fall into the water alone. Children 18 months to 8 years old learn to swim independently and then roll onto their backs to float and breathe, building essential skills that will benefit them throughout their lives.
Every lesson is tailored to your child’s individual needs and comfort level, with a focus on positive reinforcement and encouragement. Parents are welcome to cheer from the poolside, and once your child begins swimming or floating independently, you’ll be invited into the water to celebrate and reinforce their progress.

Surfing Lessons
At NSB Swims, our surfing lessons teach students the fundamentals of surfing while building confidence and ocean awareness. Students learn ocean safety, paddling techniques, wave selection, and how to stand and ride a wave.
Lessons are tailored to each student’s age, ability, and comfort level, with a focus on safety, encouragement, and having fun in the ocean.
All surfing equipment is provided—just bring your swimsuit, sunscreen, and a sense of adventure.

Water Aerobics
Join NSB Swims for energizing Water Aerobics HIIT classes at The Tiki Cove in Venetian Bay. These fun, low-impact workouts combine cardio, strength, and resistance training in the water, providing a great full-body workout for all fitness levels.
Classes are held Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday from 8:30 AM – 9:15 AM. Come get fit and enjoy “Fun & Intense Workouts in The Bay!
